Refugee Camp Warzone and Spawn Plans

The spawn might be moved to where the gate to the warzone is. This is because of some plugin issues, but it should, hopefully, be for the better.
At any rate, the warzone platform needs prettying up.
Quite a few of you can edit the warzone. Elitejack, Mister B, Supersilver, just to name a few. You cannot really play in the matches, because changes you make will change the outcome of the game. It is up to you all to change Refugee Island to a fitting state--e.g. fixing up paths, lighting, fences, platforms to hold things up...
Please do this; I will be helping as well. Once it's done things will become a bit more "finalized." /cackle
